To be on the safe side, we brought an acoustics engineer to the team who calcu- lated all the key values based on site meas- urements. There will still be some noise, but nothing in comparison with today’s situation. The space is 5 meters high with a floor area of 1,000 square meters. How it is to be used is not yet clear. The team of BC architects & studies has many ideas: You could set up a concert hall or an ice rink. The important thing is simply that the building be used publicly – and thus contribute to vibrant neighborhood life. There are few such meet- ing places today in this fast-growing district.
